How to use

To enjoy the beneficial effects of the goji berry you have to consume a small handful (10-30 gr) per day. But of course you can take as much as you like. The goji does not have side effects.

You can eat it as it is, or mix it with nuts and raisins. Add it to your favourite cereal or to porridge or simply mix it with some yoghurt.

You can add it to teas, soups or use it as flavouring in fish and sea food.

Try it and you will see that you feel stronger, healthier and happier!
